Senior Rotating Equipment Engineers (Job # SCUL-01)
Duties and Responsibilities: -Provide technical support related to QC/QA for stationary rotating equipment on maintenance, operations and project activities. -Defines design requirements consistent with Sipchem Engineering Standards. -Identifies rotating equipment bad actors and develops permanent solutions. -Leads root cause analysis on the various equipment failures and develops permanent solutions. -Leads trouble shooting efforts for rotating equipment related issues. -Optimizes predictive preventive maintenance program for rotating equipment. -Reviews commissioning procedures for compressors and pumps. -Witnessing of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Qualifications: -BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering. -Minimum 108 years of experience as rotating engineer in the petrochemical, refining industry. -Vibration analysis certification Category III (ISO 18436) is a plus. -Master degree is a plus. -Good PC/Computer skills. -Good command of English language. -Advance level on “Champion for change” -Advance level on impact and influence.

Senior Material and Corrosion Engineer (Job # SCUL-02)
Principal Duties: -Material Investigation of failed equipment. -Alternative material suggestion and up gradation of existing materials. -Study corrosion cases and advise on control measures. -Leader and participant roles in RCA’s. -Focal point with Consultant on material and corrosion subjects. -Lead Reliability Improvement teams. -Provide MOC Support to routine maintenance, shutdowns and project initiatives.
Qualifications/Experience Requirements: -15 years of experience in Material and Corrosion fields. -Recognition by International Organization (Certification) -Materials, Chemical, Mechanical Engineer or B.S. in Chemistry -Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience in the refining or petrochemical industry.

Reliability and Inspection Engineers (Job # SCUL-03)
MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: -Ensure mechanical reliability of a new grass-roots petrochemical plant using state-of-the- art methods for predictive and preventive maintenance. -Oversight of all corrosion and metallurgical related issues with regard to static equipment. -Reviewing of equipment inspection reports (i.e. vessels, pipework, etc.) and make recommendations and repair procedures and improvements, as needed. -Develop reliability program for inspection and maintenance of all static equipment in a world-scale petrochemical plant. -Inspect, record and report findings for static equipment, rotating equipment, welding and refractory. -Assist in developing and implementing ongoing measures to identify and mitigate corrosion of vessel, pipe work, pipelines and structural systems.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: -B. S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering -10+ years experience in reliability and non-destructive testing in chemicals and manufacturing. -Certified Welding Inspector -Good communication skills, Fluent in English. -Ability to work well in a team environment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: -Experience in SAP is a strong plus. -Experience in ISO 9000 / TQM. -Inspection and quality control experience in plant construction is a plus. -Experience QA/QC and NDT for refractory installation is a plus. -Experience working in the Middle East is a plus.

Project Planning and Development Engineer (Job # SCUL-04)
Role: As part of the Corporate Planning team participates in the development of corporate plan and strategies aimed at development of venture companies with focus on mega downstream petrochemical projects. The position specializes a blend of technical and commercial skill set necessary to evaluate an existing or new business opportunity in line with Company’s growth plan and policies.
Required Qualifications and Experience/ Skill Set: -Degree in Chemical Engineering with at least fifteen (15) years of experience in Petrochemical or hydrocarbon processing industry preferably in a business development function. Additional qualification in business management, economics or law will be a plus. -Should have strong awareness of business development and project economics. -Should be able to effectively interface with other functional areas such as legal, marketing, project implementation team and corporate finance. -Should possess hands on experience in conducting business appraisals, feasibility studies, cost estimation, chemical engineering/stoichiometric calculations, process design & engineering, economic/financial modeling and development of contracts related to technology licensing, Joint venture, feedstock / utility supply and product marketing and off take. -Initiate and coordinate market studies and technology appraisals/due diligence studies by specialist consultants. Responsibility also includes review of Process technology and engineering design packages. -Should have good negotiations and arbitration skills aimed at protecting the interests of the company while dealing with external groups and business partners. -Should possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office. Experience with MS projects, Primavera and knowledge of Arabic will be a plus.

Job Description: -Supervises Process Engineering work for projects, studies, and proposals. -Responsible for quality and technical integrity of the plant process design. -Responsible to project and process manager for schedules and budgets. -Responsible for, or participates in, licensor negotiations, evaluations and process selection.
